Bathroom wisdom

If you're old, and cannot see...
"hold fast to your dreams for if they die...
life is a broken winged bird that cannot fly!!!"

I don't know about you, but I'm always wondering how tight to hold onto my dreams.
Especially when I'm at the antique mall with my friend.
Who knew I'd find the writing the bathroom wall?

I'm just wondering if you usually take your camera into the bathroom with you.

Of course, you never know when you'll need it!

Good advice. About the dreams and all. Not so sure it's good advice to take your camera into the bathroom, but, um...yeah.

For the record, I took my purse in the bathroom, which had my cell phone camera in it.
Carry on.

Are you saying I'm old? Cuz I cannot read that, and I even have my contacts in.

I carry my camera in my purse everywhere I go. You never know when you will need it... but never thought about the wisdom on the walls of the bathroom. Thanks for the tip!

Hey, a camera is handy to have at all times!
You might also have found a useful phone # or two on that wall!

Some of my greatest inspiration comes to me when I'm in the potty.

The only poetry I ever memorized came straight from a bathroom wall:

Here I sit all broken-hearted
Tried to poo but only farted

went outside to take a chance,
went to fart and crapped my pants!

I memorized the whole poem, Elastica!

That is all I have to say about that.

Guess I need to read bathroom walls more---I'm missing out!

I had to look it up, I couldn't help it.

It's Langston Hughes for anyone (besides me) who didn't recognize it.

I'm sure he's proud his work is hanging somewhere so prestigious.

At least it wasn't printed on the toilet paper.

That's so much more inspiring than, "If it's yellow let it mellow. If it's brown flush it down."

Thanks for the help for us old folks who can't see ; )

Much better than what I see on most bathroom walls.

I hope I didn't need to add "in public restrooms"--not my walls at home ; )

Ahh, the joys of finding bad poetry on a bathroom wall.

So glad you had a camera in there with you.... I always take mine - just in case ;)

It's funny how crotch-sniffing dogs can find YOU wherever YOU go......

Perhaps it's time to forgo the internets today and do something out of the ordinary--like bathe. Hmmmmm?

Deep thoughts for thinking deeply.

Hey Carrot, I think you're swell. Stop by my place and see what I've got for you.
