I'm so glad the carwash hasn't retired you, even though the holidays are over. You smell so good. I want to make earrings and a necklace out of you, but I am afraid people might think that's absurd. So I'll just have to settle for stealing sniffs of you at stoplights. It's so hard to keep you on my gear shift, and not hang you for the whole world to see from my rearview mirror. Alas, I don't want people thinking I'm a redneck. What I really want to do is jump in a whole pile of you, throw you up in the air, and get that smell all over me. I love you lil' "freshner". I do. P.S., You really smell like spiced eggnog, but it makes you even better in my book. Not that I have a book about car freshners. But, "so what" if I did? A girls gotta have a hobby, and talking to herself doesn't qualify. So I've been told.

If you feel at all a sense of remorse for having shared that little ditty with us, let me just contribute our own little freak flag. Joel sleeps with an Ikea "new car scent" freshener next to his pillow every night. Cheers. I stopped making him bathe since he smells like new car either way.

I didn't know there was "spiced pumpkin" in the tree section!! That is my favorite. Smell. And treat. Not that I would eat that tree freshener..but maybe if you do decide to get a bunch and throw them in the air, please invite me over, too!
I can't seem to retire my Christmas scented candles...they just smell too yummy and happy to put away, so I just keep burning 'em!
Those lil' freshners don't get any love and they deserve some loving.

I never knew how many wonderful scents the tree freshener people make until I was at the car wash the other day. It's so hard to choose now! I still like my pina colada though.
I prefer a smell in my car I can't identify. Sort of a mix between old french fries, dog food, and a rotten apple.
I don't really prefer it, but I've given up fighting...
I told my favorite checker at the grocery store yesterday (I LOVE HUBERT!) that I was going to make him a matching necklace and anklet out of all the KIX cereal I was buying. I also invited him to the KIX party I decided to throw while picking up 6 boxes of KIX marked down to .59 a carton.
He very seriously told me "Ma'am, I don't wear anklets."
Ah, but he didn't reject my special customized KIX cereal necklace, I see!

Spiced Pumpkins are naughty. Only pumpkins that appear in all their naked orange glory on the Spice channel or have gone backstage on the Spice Girls tour earn the right to call themselves Spiced Pumpkin.
Yeah I keep the Spiced Pumpkin scent around me all year. When it's Summer, Spring, Winter whatever I have the Candle warmer with it in. If I had only known it came in tree form....my van would be smelling sweet too;)

Don't hide your true feelings. If you love your tree so, display it with pride. You may be misunderstood, you may be deemed a redneck but at least you will have been true to yourself and to your pungent little friend. Isn't that what's important?
