Just so you know...

You can stop preparing yourself for the "Best Mother In The Universe" competition, because I've already been crowned. I didn't even have to work out, or go tanning, or anything. I was declared.(Even ask Millie, because she was kind of a witness) Declared by my thirteen year old daughter. So, the pressures off. Maybe next year. Good try, and everything. I told the Bishops wife today. I said, "You could have been named "Best Mother In The Universe" yesterday, but you chose not to drive them to the mall. Too bad, so sad." She did say she was going to try and get the title back soon. *Sigh* I hate competition. Everyone gets so jealous of me winning all the time.
Sometimes I wonder why I bother wearing clean, ironed clothes to church. By the time I get out of there I'm all wrinkled, and have spit up all over my shirt and skirt. Hopefully these two will get to experience this soon. They probably have peach pie all over their clothes right now. Not that they're slobs or anything, because they're so not slobs. It's just that I want you to check out that peach pie recipe. So you can make it, and invite me over.

Congrats! I'm just the best mom in the whole entire world.

I just sneezed really hard about five times in a row so that makes me "World's Sneezingest Mother" which might not compare with your high honor, but it's better than "World's Slobbiest Mother" or "World's Most Drunken Mother" or "World's Most-Obsessed-With-Ernest-Borgnine Mother."

I look so perky in my little crown.

That peach pie recipe does look good.

Congratulations! What an honor. Do you have to compete in a swimsuit competition for that one? Cause if so, I'm out...

Peach pie is the price of your visit? You've got it. Name the day.

Congratulations! Wow don't you just love it when your kids recognize your efforts on their behalf. It's safe to say that I'm the best Mom in a 50 mile radius of my house. I can't say all of Colorado or the World because that title goes to My Mom.

Oops, now it's kitchen. It can't be this hard. There's no way I'm paying 40 bucks to do something I can figure out myself.
Y'all know I'm just kidding about being Best Mother in the universe, right?

Oooo...praise from your thirteen year old? Wow.

I'm home all day if you need any help with your html-y template-y stuff.

Anyone who can earn best mother of the year award from a thirteen year-old girl deserves to wear the crown for eternity.

I was voted "the worst mother in the worst" recently by my almost-thirteen-year-old daughter. But they don't give out a crown for that one.

Congrats!

Hey, as long as the neighbors aren't calling child protective services on me, I'm good. Best Mom in the Universe? Not in my most twisted dreams. So if someone had to get it, I'm glad it was you.

(Did it come with a crown? A cash prize? A peach pie?)

Wow! Your daughter must be really kind to say that! I'm just guessing but she also must be, pretty, smart, happy, responsible, loyal, wonderful, funny, and overall perfect! I would be really honored to meet her!
