Sorry I missed it.
I actually think I'm too old to give shout outs, but it sounded cool.
Remember that voucher I had to use?
Well, they don't fly to Zion.
Imagine that!
So, I'm like...hmmmm...who can I visit?
The only person I figured would take me in, would be my friend "Lastikins".
Yes, I am going to see her.
Not right now, but soon.
Not soon enough, but soon.
O.k., not soon, but I am going.
I say that because I don't want you coming over, rifling through my stuff while I'm gone.
That wasn't really my alarm clock.
Speaking of alarm clocks, I should go to bed.
Speaking of bed, I saw a book at the bookstore...
wait, that has nothing to do with going to bed, however, if you are tired like I am, this will make perfect sense.
Anyhoo, the book was called,
"The Ten-Cent Plague: The Great Comic-Book Scare and How It Changed America"
and I'm all like,
"There was a comic book scare? Comic book is supposed to be hyphenated? How did this scare change America? What was America like before the scare? I not only get to learn about the great comic book scare, but I get to learn how it changed America too? It's like two books in one!"
I like a title that makes you think.
You don't even have to buy the book because you've already thought about the title, and that takes as much energy as reading the actual book.
Yes, I came out empty handed.
But not empty headed.
Let's not debate that right now.
I'll just go to bed, and you can look at the title.
It wouldn't hurt you to think a little.
Yes, I know it's 10:30 p.m.
It's never too late.
Here you go,

That's inflation for you.
I wish you could have made it to Zion,I would loved to have met you!
Just looking at the cover of that book frightens me to my very core.
If you ever get the urge to come North and then East let me know. You are ALWAYS welcome--and I'd even let you go through my stuff ; )
Thanks for making me think.
I have a brother who is very smart and now reads nothing but comic books.
I just want to know who came up with the term "graphic novel." We all know a comic book is a comic book.
Scary.
I totally got the correlation from bed to book at a book store. I'm tired, too. It's a tired thing. Did I mention I was tired?

When you are dead, but in denial that you are. Like in the 6th sense.
I did a firm "Pay It Forward" today, Carrot.
I bequeathed my cherished and twice-read copy of that Laurie Notaro book down to pregnant mom and Primary President in need.
Good works have been here. We're like vessels of comedy passing along the printed funny to the depressed masses.....
Did you read my comment? It's my new commenting angle.....Fill-In-The-Blank commenting!
Wherever you see a missing word just imagine what was supposed to go there. Like commenting Mad Libs....or something.
My, what deep thoughts you have.
I love that they are selling the ten cent plague for $7.98...
I thought you went to Zion this weekend.
I gotta go lay down now, my world is upside down.
We missed you, and it was stinky that you and Elastic weren't there. Terribly stinky. The stench was great and it was monotonous. It was a great, monotonous stench, because you and Elastic didn't show up.
I hope you're both happy now.
