Remember when I blogged about this...
(Yeah, yeah, I found it on ebay)
...And how I didn't think it was such a good idea to burn baby Jesus, or any of the others?
Yeah well, apparently there are more inapropriate nativity sets out there for you to enjoy. click here
That's bad. So are the giant 6 foot crosses people down here in The South put on their lawns, then wrap 900 feet of white Christmas lights all around it to show how they keep Christ in Christmas. Think about it...https://store.afa.net/pc-10000310-11-christmas-cross.aspx
The other day I came across chocolate molds for an entire nativity set... I almost bought it since it was only like $1.45... but then I was faced with this moral dilemma - do you eat the nativity at the end of every Christmas? What would you do? I still haven't decided... but in the meantime I didn't buy the molds. Well, and I couldn't if I wanted to... it was already sold out after only two days of being in stock. Don't you wonder what all those people who bought the molds are going to do with their chocolate nativity set in a week. Things that make you go "hmmm...."
Wow. The candle ones bring new meaning to Jesus being the light of the world. The chocolate ones...too tempting to eat I think, and then the nightmares... I don't have a nativity at all. Maybe someday I will invest in one, but I think I have been scarred now by all of those bad ones. I would like an origami one I think...
Hi, Carrot Jello. I'm so glad you are back in blog world! And one shouldn't eat the baby Jesus chocolate. Well...er...you know, if it was GOOD chocolate (it would have to be) I will admit that if I really needed it (which I often do) and I was alone in the kitchen and it were the last piece of chocolate...well, I think I would become weak. I'm sorry. I know, I'm a horrible, horrible person. I'm Kimberlee, and I'm a blasphemous chocoholic.
People are not lacking in creativity. I do find the candle nativity disturbing and mostly where the wick is at on Baby Jesus. Just isn't right to burn his goods.

What the? :0
Those candles look pretty good by comparison! ;)
Wow.
I think the huge inflatable set and the celebrity display are the worst. That angel looks like a ho.

Those are just wrong. I collect tasteful nativity sets. I have never come across any of those.
People are strange.
I LOL at the comment about the crosses and the lights in the south.
